Competition Rules
The following rules bind you (the listener and/or winner and/or individual) when entering any competition(s) operated by Hitz Radio Limited, any of its brands, sponsors etc.
In addition to the below rules, some competitions may also have additional rules which will be stated when entering.
1. You must be at least 18 years of age and/or older and a resident in the UK to enter our competitions (unless otherwise stated).
2. Employee's of Hitz Radio Limited and any partner company associated with the particular competition - and their families - are not eligible to enter the competition.
3. Anyone who has won a competition online at HitzRadioUK.com or on one of the Hitz Radio Limited owned stations may not enter if the prize won was worth more than 100 GBP in value within the past 6months.
4. Only one entry per person is permitted (unless otherwise stated).
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed and/or damaged.
6. In the case of a prize draw, the first correct entry drawn will be the winner.
7. Winners will be notified (by e-mail and/or post) within 30 days of the closure date of the particular competition.
8. No responsibility is accepted by Hitz Radio Limited or any partner companies for inaccurate prize details supplied by sponsors.
9. Any contestants in which Hitz Radio ltd deems unsuitable can be removed for any reason by Hitz Radio ltd under clause 9 of our competition rules.
10. Hitz Radio Limited has the right to keep your personal details for a suitable period of time to send send you the prize or award in question, to assure our rules have been complied with and/or to pass onto the sponsor or service provider in question who is running the particular competition in association with Hitz Radio ltd.
11. These competition rules are governed by Scottish Laws.
